TECHNICAL NOTES: Rosa Rossa is an aromatic dry red wine obtained from Brachetto’s grapes.
Brachetto is an autochthonous aromatic red grape, grown only in a very limited area in the provinces of Asti and Alessandria.
The color is more or less intense ruby red.
The scent is full and persistent with evident floral notes of rose.
The taste is pleasant, soft, very elegant.
It is a wine that can be aged for 3-4 years, since it always shows a good alcoholic structure.

FOOD MATCHES:
Seasoned goat cheeses, seafood dishes (excellent with stockfish), Asian dishes, tangy and spicy food.
