HARVEST: hand harvest in the third week of september.
AGEING: Namastè is obtained from the grapes of two old vineyards (more than 60 years of age), the production is very small in order to ensure its highest quality.
The vinification is traditional, only in stainless steel tanks; the wine is put on sale two years after the harvest.
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 14- 14,50% vol.
TASTING TEMPERATURE: 16- 18° C
TECHNICAL NOTES: Its color is a bright deep ruby red. On the nose, it is intense with a bouquet of red fruits (such as cherry, blackberry, plum) and sometimes flowers (rose and violet).
On the palate this wine gives a peculiar complexity, a pleasant acid freshness, fruity and floral notes.
