HARVEST: hand harvest in the third week of september.
AGEING: Kali is obtained from the grapes of two old vineyards (more than 60 years of age), the production is very small in order to ensure its highest quality.
The vinification is traditional, in cement tanks; it is later aged in Slavonian oak barrels for at least 18 months. 6 months aging in bottle.
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 14- 14,50% vol.
TASTING TEMPERATURE : 18° C
TECHNICAL NOTES: The scent is intense, complex, balsamic and spicy. It has hints of jam and fruit in alcohol and floral notes as well; the aging in wood also develops hints of cinnamon, cocoa and liquorice. The taste is full and has great warmth and harmony. The aging gives complexity and richness of velvety tannins and a long taste-olfactory persistence.

Seasoned cheeses, red meats or game. It is a meditation wine as well.
